Christmas celebration India is a land of diversity. Here, various festivals are celebrated by different religions. Today, our Eurekans celebrated Christmas by singing, dancing, distributing toffees etc. They came to know the importance of this festival and the reason behind its celebration. Here is a glimpse of the celebration....  

  "Forest is a peculiar organism of unlimited kindness and benevolence that makes no demands for its sustenance and extends generously the products of its life and activity; it affords protection to all beings.” Remembering this theme of saving wildlife, Eureka School celebrated 'Jungle Day' for our Kindergarten students on November 26th. The theme of wild animals was beautifully explained by our kiddos as each child was dressed up as their favorite animal. Children had fun-learning as they learnt the sounds and habits of various animals and birds. Here are the glimpses of the same!!

  Family is not just important thing, its EVERYTHING. The family is one of the nature's masterpieces and the first essential cell of human society. Therefore, in order to honor and celebrate our families, International Day of Families is annually observed on May 15th across the world. This day provides an opportunity to raise awareness about the benefits of the family system to mass. Eureka school proposes the importance of family and its role in our social development and takes an initiative to show how important is the well-being of all individuals in the family, by conducting a special assembly on the International Family's Day, a unique way to start the P.T.M of Grade 4. Beautiful performance was given by children firstly, in which they marvellously explained how difficult life becomes without family. Another performance presented the joyful life with Grandparents. Dancing is universal - woven virtually into every society all over the world. Dance brings us together whether we are the ones on the dance floor or watching the performances of others. To highlight this diversity and talent of dancers all over the globe - International Dance Day is commemorated on April 29th. In the honor of International Dance Day, Eureka School's students have shown exhilarating and impressive dance forms like Punjabi Bhangra, Gujarati Garbha, Bollywood style Dance, Hip Hop Dance and so on!   "The Earth is what we all have in common." - Wendell Berry Earth, our home planet is the only planet in our galaxy that can support life. Earth Day is celebrated each year, on April 22nd. It is celebrated to protect our planet from things like pollution and deforestation. In honor of Earth Day, Eureka school conducted many activities from class Nursery to 8th to promote importance of saving Earth. From classes Nursery to 3rd, students made Earth Day project sticking their hand shapes and showing, we can change the world with our own hands. Earth is worth protecting! Classes LKG and UKG creatively made hanging drawings and "Ninja turtles" on 'Save Earth Save Life'. Class 1st made beautiful wall hangings for the classrooms om the same. In classes 2nd and 3rd, Eureka school had Hindi and English poem recitation competition on the Earth Day. Grade 4th students gave speech on the same and students incredibly made posters on Save Earth and Save Trees. 5th grade ...

  World Athletics Day is commemorated on May 7th, globally to spread awareness among children and youth regarding importance of fitness and health. Eureka school has given chance to students to promote children's interest in various other sports from running to shot put and so on. Class 8th students have organised a special assembly on the World Athletics day by showing importance of sports in life through their performance. Objectives of World Athletics Day is to give a boost to athletics, making it the primary sport in schools and institutions and impart education to youngsters about sports. On this auspicious occasion, Eureka family extends our heartiest greetings and good wishes to you all.However, we need to be grateful to the founding fathers who formulated and drafted an exemplary Constitution of India that has steered India towards progress and development. On this great  occasion,let's bow our heads before the memories of India's freedom fighters and great leaders . This is an occasion to reaffirm our commitment to unity in diversity, fraternity and equality among all our citizens .Let's strive to build a cleaner and healthier nation .
